Capital Trust Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 27, 2015, inter alia, has discussed and approved the following:<BR><BR>1. Appointment of Mrs. Anju Khosla as an additional Director on the Board of the Company with immediate effect in compliance with Section 149 of the Company Act, 2013.<BR><BR>2. Appointment of Mr. Mukesh Sehgal, as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company pursuant to the provisions of Section 203(1)(iii) of the Companies Act, 2013, read with rule 8 of Companies (Appointment and Remuneration of Managerial Personnel) Rules, 2014.
