Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Carborundum Universal Limited will be held on Tuesday, May 9, 2017 to approve the audited financial results of the Company for the financial year ended 31st March 2017. We are arranging to issue a public notice regarding the same. The Board will also be considering final dividend proposal for recommendation to the shareholders of the Company for the financial year ended 31st March 2017.
