Carborundum Universal Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 30, 2014, to approve the audited financial results of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2014.<br/><br/>Further the Company has informed that, at the above meeting, the Board would be considering final dividend recommendation to the shareholders for the financial year ended March 31, 2014.<br/><br/>The trading window of the Company has been closed from April 01, 2014 to May 01, 2014 (both days inclusive) in connection with the above.
