The shareholding pattern of the Joint Venture Company is 50:50 between the Company and Joint Venture Partner.<BR><BR>3. The Joint Venture Company will be in the business of developing and maintaining an online web portal, mobile application and other technological solution for providing information and solutions services in the field of education.
