Career Point Ltd has informed BSE that in accordance of the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading as approved and implemented by the Company in pursuance of the SEBI Prohibition (Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in Securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Officers and Designate Employees from April 01, 2016 till 48(forty-eight) hours from the time the Audited Financial Results are communicated to the Stock Exchanges on the date of Board Meeting to be held for considering inter alia the Audited Financial Results for the Financial Year ending March 31, 2016.
