Career Point Limited has made further investment in its wholly owned non material subsidiary Company namely: Srajan Capital Limited by allotment of 27,10,000 Equity shares of Rs. 10 each at face value (i.e. Rs. 10 each) aggregating to Rs. 2,71,00,000/- (Rupees Two Crore Seventy One Lacs only).<BR><BR>2. Career Point Accessories Private Limited (non material subsidiary Company of Career Point Limited) has sold its entire holding of 5,10,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each in its Subsidiary Company, M/s Kota Automobiles Private Limited (non material) at the price of Rs. 10/ - per share aggregating to an amount of Rs. 51,00,000/- (Rupees Fifty One Lacs only) to Mr. Pramod Maheshwari (Related Party).
