Castrol India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 21, 2017, inter alia, has transacted the following:<BR><BR>1. Declaration of a Special Dividend of Rs. 2/- per Equity Share of Rs. 5/- each for the year ended December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>2. Recommendation to pay a Final Dividend of Rs. 4.50/- per Equity Share of Rs. 5/- each for the year ended December 31, 2016.
