Castrol India Ltd has informed BSE that at the Board Meeting held on October 30, 2014, Mr. Jayanta Chatterjee has been appointed as an Additional Director of the Company with effect from October 30, 2014.<br/><br/>At the said Board Meeting it was also decided to appoint Mr. Jayanta Chatterjee as a Whole Time Director of the Company designated as 'Director- Supply Chain' with effect from October 30, 2014.
