Cenlub Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 14, 2015, had decided that:-<BR><BR>1. To consider and approved the un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended September 30, 2015.<BR><BR>2. As required by SEBI (Listing obligations and Disclosure Requirement) 2015, the Board of Directors of the Company approved the policies at the meeting. Further the said policies would come into effect from December 01, 2015.<BR><BR>3. Authorised Mr. Vijendra Kumar Mittal, Managing Director cum CEO to sign the Uniform Listing Agreement as per the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015 with BSE Limited.<BR><BR>4. Reviewed other business activities.
