| Cenlub Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 22, 2014 to September 27, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 27, 2014.<br/><br/>Pursuant to provisions of Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013, read with the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, the Company is pleased to offer e-voting facility to the members to cast their votes electronically on all resolutions set forth in the Notice convening the 22nd Annual General Meeting. The e-voting period commences on September 20, 2014 (9.00 a.m) and ends on September 22, 2014 (6.00 p.m) During the e-voting period, shareholders of the Company, holding shares either in physical form or in dematerialized form, as on the cut-off date (record date) of August 29, 2014, may cast their votes electronically. | |
