CENTRAL BANK OF INDIA - FY16 results on May 13, 2016

Central Bank of India has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on May 13, 2016, inter alia, to consider and take on record audited financial results of the Bank for the fourth quarter and the financial year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>With refer to the letter dated April 22, 2016, thereby intimating that the trading window for Directors and Designated Employees shall remain closed from April 22, 2016 to May 14, 2016 (both days inclusive) in view of Extra-ordinary General Meeting scheduled to be held on May 12, 2016. Further to the above the Company also inform that closure of trading window has been extended till May 15, 2016 in view of the abovesaid meeting of Board of Directors of the Bank. Trading window will now re-open w.e.f. May 16, 2016.
