Centrum Capital Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 14, 2014, inter alia, to consider Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended on September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, the Trading window of the Company, in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of insider Trading) Regulations 1992, shall remain closed from November 10, 2014 till 24 hours after the announcement of the Financial Results for the Company to the Stock Exchange (both days inclusive) for all the Designated employees (including Directors) of the Company.
