Centrum Capital Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 28, 2014, inter-alia, has considered and approved the following:<br/><br/>1. In order to conserve the available resources, the Board of Directors of the Company has not recommended any dividend on equity shares for the financial year ended June 30, 2014.<br/><br/>2. The financial year of the Company is changed from 1st July to 30th June to 1st April to 31st March of every year as per the provisions of Section 2(41) of the Companies Act, 2013. Accordingly the financial year 2014-15 shall be for a period of 9 months beginning from July 01, 2014 and ending on March 31, 2015.
