Centrum Capital Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 12, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended on December 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, the Trading Window of the Company, in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, shall remain closed for all Designated employees (including Directors) of the Company from February 03, 2016 till 48 hours after the announcement of the Financial Results to the Stock Exchange (both days inclusive).
