| Centrum Capital Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 13, 2015, inter alia, has:<BR><BR>1. accepted the resignation of Mr. Dhanpal Jhaveri, Non-Executive Director, with effect from January 28, 2015 from the Board of the Company.<BR><BR>2. accepted the resignation of Mr. Rashid Kidwai, Non-Executive & Independent Director, with effect from February 13, 2015 from the Board of the Company.<BR><BR>3. considered and approved the appointment of Mr. Pankaj Thapar, as an Additional Director of the Company with effect from February 13, 2015.<BR><BR>4. reconsidered its decision to change the financial year of the Company. At the Board Meeting of the Company held on August 28, 2014 it was decided to change the financial year of the Company from July 01, 2014 to June 30, 2015 to July 01, 2014 to March 31, 2015 as required under the provisions of Section 2(41) of the Companies Act, 2013. However, the Board has now-decided to postpone the said change from next financial year. Thus the financial year 2014-15 shall be for a period of 12 months beginning from July 01, 2014 and ending on June 30, 2015. | |
