Century Enka Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 03, 2015 to July 10, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on July 14, 2015.<BR><BR>Dividend, if declared by the shareholders, will be paid on or after July 17, 2015.
