Century Textiles & Industries Ltd has submitted to BSE a copy of Code of Practices and Procedures for fair disclosure of unpublished price sensitive information which is also being placed on the website of the Company.<BR><BR>As far as code of conduct for dealing in equity shares by employees of the Company and other connected persons under Regulation 9 of the aforesaid Regulation is concerned, the Company already had a code of conduct in place earlier under the old Regulations. However, a revised code of conduct for dealing in equity shares by employees of the Company and other connected persons as per the new Regulations is being finalised.
