| Century Textiles and Industries Ltd has informed BSE that at a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company held on October 31, 2014, on recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board Shri S. K. Jain has been appointed as an Additional Director, who will be functioning as an Independent Director on the Board of the Company. Shri Jain will seek appointment as an Independent Director at the next Annual General Meeting of the Company. | |
