Audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>2. Audit report for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further as per the Companys internal Code for Prevention of Insider Trading (as amended w.e.f. September 01, 2014) the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed for the Companys Directors / Officers and designated employees of the Company from May 27, 2015 and will re-open 48 hours after the publication of the March quarter results to the public in the Board Meeting scheduled to be held on May 29, 2015.
