Chaman Lal Setia Exports Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 28, 2015, inter alia, has accorded approval for forfeiture of 92200 Partly paid up Equity Shares on which total Rs. 6,78,562/- remained unpaid after the expiry of last date to make the payment i.e. August 24, 2015.
