Chaman Lal Setia Exports Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 23, 2015 to September 29, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & 21st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 29, 2015.<BR><BR>Further informed that record date for the purpose of e-voting process will be September 22, 2015 as per the Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013.<BR><BR>Further, the dividend shall be paid/dispatched on October 01, 2015.<BR>
