we hereby intimate that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday, the 24th Day of May, 2017 at 3.00 PM at Registered office of the Company at A-7 Shopping Centre, Kota- 324 007 (Rajasthan) inter alia to consider & approve Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter/year ended on 31st March 2017 and the Statement of Assets & Liabilities of the Company as on 31st March 2017 along-with Auditor's Report thereon. Further, kindly note that in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the 'Trading Window' for trading in the shares of the Company will remain closed from Saturday, 13th May 2017 to Friday, 26th May, 2017 (both days inclusive) for the Directors and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company and other designated persons of the Company.
