The Board of Directors of the company in their (BODM-9) Meeting held on Monday, the 20th Day of March, 2017 which commenced at 3.00 PM and concluded at 3.30 PM at Registered office of the Company at A-7 Shopping Centre, Kota- 324 007 (Rajasthan) inter alia, transacted the following business:- 1. Considered and approved appointment of Ms. Amrita Kumarawat (DIN: 07761166) as an additional Director of the Company. Further, in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company's code of conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the 'Trading Window' for trading in the shares of the Company will open from Thursday, 23th day of March 2017 for the Directors and Key Managerial Personnel/Designated Employees/ Connected Persons of the Company.
