| Chambal Breweries & Distilleries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 25, 2017 inter alia to transact the following businesses:-<BR><BR>1. To consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on December 31, 2016:<BR><BR>2. To take on record the Limited Review Report for the quarter ended on December 31, 2016;<BR><BR>3. To take note of Statements pertaining to Grievance Redressal pursuant to Regulation 13 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, note that in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the 'Trading Window for trading in the shares of the Company will remain closed from January 13, 2017 to January 27, 2017 (both days inclusive) for the Directors and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company and other designated persons of the Company. | |
