| Chambal Breweries & Distilleries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2016 inter alia to transact the following businesses:-<BR><BR>1. To consider & approve Audited Financial statements of the Company for the financial year ended on March 31, 2016 along with Auditor's Report thereon;<BR><BR>2. To consider & approve Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended/year ended as on March 31, 2016 along-with Auditor's Report thereon and the Statement of Assets & Liabilities of the Company as on March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, note that in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the "Trading Window" for trading in the shares of the Company will remain closed from May 20, 2016 to June 01, 2016 (both days inclusive) for the Directors and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company and other designated persons of the Company. | |
