| Chambal Breweries & Distilleries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 30, 2016, inter alia, to transact the following businesses:<BR><BR>1. To consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended as on December 31, 2015.<BR><BR>2. To consider and take on record the Limited Review Report for the quarter ended as on December 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the "Trading Window" for trading in the shares of the Company will remain closed from January 23, 2016 to February 01, 2016 (both days inclusive) for the Directors and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company and other designated persons. | |
