This is to inform that the Board of Directors of the company in their (BODM-11) Meeting held on Thursday, the 10th Day of August, 2017. at 3.00 PM at Registered office of the Company at A-7 Shopping Centre, Kota- 324 007 (Rajasthan) inter alia Considered and approved the Resignation of Mr. Sameer Pravinkumar Waderiya (DIN: 07434418) from the post of non executive & independent director of the Company w.e.f. 1st August 2017 <BR> Mr. Sameer Pravinkumar Waderiya was appointed for the period upto 29th May 2021 but due to his personal reason he resigned the company. <BR>
