| Chambal Breweries and Distilleries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 18, 2014, discussed and approved the following along with other matters:<br/><br/>1. Considered and approved the appointment of CS Manoj Maheshwari, Practicing Company Secretary, Jaipur as a scrutinizer for the conduct of e-voting process in a fair and transparent manner.<br/><br/>2. Considered and approved the appointment of DCJ and Associates Chartered Accountants as internal auditor of the Company.<br/><br/>3. Considered and approved the re-appointment of Mr. Vinod Jhamnani as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company. | |
