| Chambal Breweries and Distilleries Ltd has informed BSE that the Company is in the process of shifting of its registered office from the State of Maharashtra to the State of Rajasthan. In view of this, the Company has received order from the Honble Regional Director, Mumbai dated September 05, 2014, confirming shifting in the State of Rajasthan. Therefore, In order to hold the Annual General Meeting of the Company at the new registered office in the State of Rajasthan, the Company has made an application to Registrar of Companies, Mumbai for extending time of holding AGM by three months upto December 31, 2014 which has been approved. The AGM shall be held within the extended time. | |
