Considered and took on record appointment of Mr. Lalit Modi as Company Secretary & Compliance officer of the Company w.e.f. December 05, 2014.<BR><BR>2. Considered and approved the constitution of Risk Management Committee.<BR><BR>3. Considered and approved the constitution of nomination and remuneration committee.<BR><BR>4. General Discussion on the working and performance of the Company.
