Chambal Fertilisers &amp; Chemicals Ltd has informed BSE about the following:&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;&quot;This has reference to our letter dated January 28, 2016 regarding the following agreements entered by our subsidiaries:&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;a) The stock purchase agreement dated January 28, 2016 entered into by ISGN Corporation, USA (a downstream subsidiary of the Company) to sell and transfer its entire shareholding in its wholly owned subsidiary - ISGN Solutions Inc., USA to Firstsource Group USA, Inc.; and&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;b) The slump sale agreement dated January 28, 2016 entered into by ISG Novasoft Technologies Limited (a downstream subsidiary of the Company) to sell and dispose off part of its business/undertaking i.e Business Process Outsourcing business to Firstsource Process Management Services Limited, India as a going concern on slump sale basis.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;We have been informed by our subsidiaries that the aforesaid transaction(s) have been completed on May 18, 2016.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;Accordingly, the following entities ceased to be the subsidiaries of the Company:&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;a) ISGN Solutions Inc., USA;&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;b) ISGN Fulfillment Agency LLC, USA; and&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;c) ISGN Fulfillment Services Inc., USA.&quot;
