| Chambal Fertilisers and Chemicals Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 09, 2014, inter alia, to approve the audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2014 and recommendation of dividend, if any, for the year ended March 31, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, pursuant to the Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Trading in Securities of the Company, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from April 24, 2014 to May 10, 2014 (both days inclusive) for all the directors and designated employees. | |
