| Chambal Fertilisers and Chemicals Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 18, 2014, has constituted a committee of the Board of Directors to evaluate the opportunities in non-core businesses of the Company. The Board has also authorized the said committee to appoint legal, tax, financial and other consultants for the aforesaid purpose and give its recommendations.<br/><br/>Subsequently, the said committee in its meeting of even date has appointed a merchant banker to advise the committee into the aforesaid matter. | |
