Chambal Fertilisers & Chemicals Ltd has informed BSE that the next meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 06, 2015, inter alia, to approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2014.<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to the Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Trading in Securities of the Company, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from January 22, 2015 to February 07, 2015 (both days inclusive) for all the directors and designated employees.
