This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting today i.e. on 6th May, 2017, inter-alia transacted the following business: a) Considered and approved the Audited Annual Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the year ended 31st March, 2017 which are enclosed herewith along with the Auditors' Report on the Standalone and Consolidated financial results. Declaration on Audit Report with unmodified opinion We declare that the Auditors' Report on Standalone and Consolidated Annual Financial Results for the year ended 31st March, 2017, is with unmodified opinion. b) Recommended Dividend of Rs. 1.65/- (Rupee One and Paise Sixty Five Only) per equity share for the financial year ended 31st March, 2017 subject to the approval of the members in the Annual General Meeting. The board meeting commenced at 12.00 p.m. and concluded at 7.45 p.m. We request you to take the above on record.
