With reference to the earlier announcement dated May 16, 2014, Chembond Chemicals Ltd has now informed BSE that the Company had mistakenly mentioned as the Company has acquired 53% shareholding stake in associate company named Chembond Distribution Limited whereas the same is in negotiation and has not finalized yet and further updates will be provided to the stock exchange as and when certain technical issues are clarified.
