Chembond Chemicals Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 08, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter ended on June 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, In this connection & pursuant to the Companys Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading and the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window shall remain closed from July 31, 2015 to August 10, 2015 (both days inclusive) and shall reopen on August 11, 2015.
