Chembond Chemicals Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 10, 2016, inter-alia, to consider the declaration of Second Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2015-16.<BR><BR>In this connection & pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading and the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading] Regulations, 2015, the trading window shall remain closed from March 7, 2016 to March 14, 2016 (both days inclusive) and shall reopen on March 15, 2016.
