Chembond Chemicals Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 28, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016 and to recommend dividend, if any, for the financial year 2015-16.<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window shall remain closed from May 30, 2016 to May 30, 2016 (both days inclusive) and shall reopen on May 31, 2016.
