This is to inform you that IND-AS is applicable to Chembond Chemicals Limited from 1st April, 2017. To facilitate smooth transition during the first year of applicability of the IND-AS on the listed Companies, SEBI vide its circular no. CIR/CFD/FAC/62/2016 dated 5th July, 2016 has, inter-alia, provided relaxation of one month for submitting the financial results of the Company for the first quarter ended 30th June, 2017.<BR> <BR> Kindly note that pursuant to the above mentioned SEBI Circular the Company is availing the extension. <BR> <BR> As earlier informed to the Exchange, the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company to, inter-alia, approve the results for first quarter ended 30th June, 2017 will be held on 19th August, 2017.<BR> <BR> You are requested to kindly take the above on record.<BR>
