Chembond Chemicals Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 28, 2016, has:<BR><BR>1. Approved re-appointment of Mr. Sameer V. Shah as Chairman and Managing Director of the Company for a period of three years effective from August 01, 2016 subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company and subject to applicable Governmental / Statutory approvals.<BR><BR>2. Approved re-appointment of Mr. Nirmal V. Shah as Vice-Chairman and Managing Director of the Company for a period of three years effective from August 01, 2016 subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company and subject to applicable Governmental / Statutory approval.<BR><BR>3. The Board has not recommended payment of Dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>The Board Meeting commenced at 12.00 pm and concluded at 8.00 pm.
