Chembond Chemicals Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 04, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the sub-division of the equity shares of the Company, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company.<BR><BR>In this connection and pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and the SEBl (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window shall remain closed from June 01, 2016 to June 06, 2016 (both days inclusive) and shall re-open on June 07, 2016.
