Unanimously approved the Scheme of Amalgamation and Arrangement of the Company with Teamec Chlorates Limited in accordance with the provisions of Section 391-394 of The Companies Act, 1956 or any corresponding provisions of The Companies Act, 2013.<BR><BR>2. Took on record Independent Valuation Report dated May 31, 2016 submitted by M/s. Bansi S. Mehta & Co. being firms of Chartered Accountants and Fairness Opinion issued by M/s. Vivro Financial Services Private Limited, SEBI registered Category / Merchant Bankers.
