| Chennai Petroleum Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the company at the meeting held on May 16, 2014 deferred the proposal to consider and approve the Audited Financial results for the year ended March 31, 2014 and the proposal for recommendation of dividend, if any, since the final rate of upstream discounts, which is to be received and passed on to Indian Oil Corporation Limited, the holding Company, are yet to be received from the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, Government of India.<br/><br/>Further, the Company has informed that a Board Meeting is scheduled to be held on May 24, 2014 to consider and approve the Audited Financial results for the year ended March 31, 2014 and the proposal for recommendation of dividend, if any. | |
