Chennai Petroleum Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 15, 2017, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of 6.65% on the paid-up Preference Capital of the Company, representing Rs. 0.665 per preference share and 210% on the paid-up Equity Capital of the Company, representing Rs. 21 per equity share.
