Cheviot Company Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company shall meet on August 13, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window under the Companys "Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading in Securities of Cheviot Company Limited by Insiders" shall remain closed from August 03, 2015 to August 17, 2015 (both days inclusive) for dealing in securities of the Company for the designated persons defined in the said code.
