| Choice Infra Ventures Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is to be held on August 14, 2014, inter alia, to consider the following proposal:<br/><br/>1. To consider, discuss and adopt the Un-audited Financial Result for the quarter ended June 30, 2014.<br/><br/>2. To consider and approve the draft Directors Report, Management Discussion and Analysis, and Corporate Governance Report for the year ended March 31, 2014.<br/><br/>3. To consider and approve the draft notice for the 22nd Annual General Meeting of the Company.<br/><br/>4. To fix date, time and venue for the 22nd Annual General Meeting of the Company.<br/><br/>Further, pursuant to the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 and as per the terms of Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, the trading window shall remain closed from August 11, 2014 to August 15, 2014 (both days inclusive) and shall reopen on August 16, 2014 for Directors and Designated Employees as defined in the Code. | |
