Choice Infra Ventures Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is to be held on November 14, 2014, inter alia, to consider the following business:<br/><br/>- To consider, discuss and adopt the Un-audited Financial Results for quarter and half year ended September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, pursuant to the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 and as per the terms of "Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading" of the Company, the trading window shall remain closed from November 11, 2014 to November 14, 2014 (both days inclusive) and shall reopen on November 16, 2014 for Directors and Designated Employees as defined in the Code.
