Dear Sir, &lt;BR&gt; &lt;BR&gt; Pursuant to Regulation 30 &amp; 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation &amp; Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015 we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company in the meeting held on 6th September, 2017had approved the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2017.&lt;BR&gt; &lt;BR&gt; In this regard, please find enclosed the Un-audited Financial Results together with the Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors thereon, for the quarter ended 30th June, 2017. &lt;BR&gt; &lt;BR&gt; The Un -audited Financial Results are in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) as prescribed under Section 133 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 3 of the Companies (Indian Accounting Standards) Rules, 2015 and Companies (Indian Accounting Standards) (Amendment Rules), 2016.&lt;BR&gt; &lt;BR&gt; Kindly note that this is the first year of implementation of Ind As and therefore the relevant Board Meeting for consideration of first quarter results have not been conducted before 14th August, 2017 and the Company opted for availing of extension of time. &lt;BR&gt; &lt;BR&gt; The meeting of Board of Directors commenced at 4:00 P.M. and concluded at 5.00 P.M.&lt;BR&gt; &lt;BR&gt; The above is for your information and dissemination to the public at large.&lt;BR&gt; &lt;BR&gt;
