Cipla Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 29, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2015 and recommendation of dividend, if any.<BR><BR>Further, the "trading window" for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from 6:00 p.m. on May 21, 2015 till completion of 48 hours after the audited financial results are made public.
